At Asador Farm to Flame, one of the signature restaurants at Apollo Corfu, open-fire cooking meets the quiet integrity of produce grown just steps away at our own Apollo Bio Farm. Vegetables, herbs, and seasonal harvests travel a short distance before meeting live coals — arriving at the table with nothing hidden and nothing rushed.

This is grilling reimagined as craft: whole cuts and farm-grown produce cooked slowly over open flame, seasoned by little more than fire, salt, and time. It's honest, elemental cooking — the kind of farm to table dining Corfu guests remember long after they've left the island.

Set in Messonghi, on Corfu's southeast coast, Asador is a space built for lingering — for the smell of woodsmoke, the sound of the grill, and evenings that stretch past the last course. Every dish begins at Apollo Bio Farm and ends over open flame, connecting the table directly to the land around it.
